The studio apartments were compact but surprisingly could comfortably accommodate four adults. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned during our stay, and the worn, extremely stained carpet was a major drawback. However, the friendly service staff went out of their way to address any issues promptly.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and warm with excellent amenities like Sky Sports channel for watching rugby World Cup games, a heated pool, and a nice breakfast, offering great value for money. However, the rooms were too hot, especially at night, lacking heat pumps as an alternative. The overall decor of the hotel is dated and complex, needing refurbishment.
